The overnight accommodations at Massanutten offer superior amenities combined with a serene atmosphere to ensure a great night’s sleep, bringing out the best in your group.

On Mountain

A true Blue Ridge experience, our mountain accommodations offer year-around breathtaking views and the natural wildlife are sure to enhance each and every one of your vacation experiences. Staying on the mountain allows you an easy drive to Campfire Grill, the Ski and Adventure Park area, Mountain Greens Golf Course®, Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, and the General Store.

The Summit®
Summit condos are Gold Crown, four-bedroom units sleeping 12 which can be locked out to two two-bedroom units. Summits were built in the townhouse style and offer scenic mountain views. Some of these condos are very close to the ski slopes!

Eagle Trace®
These charming condos are town-house style units. They feature two-bedrooms, sleeping 12, or can be locked out to two, one-bedroom units, which each sleep a maximum of 6 individuals (or 4 privately).

Massanutten Resort Hotels
Our newly renovated hotel rooms sleep up to 4 occupants and offer a choice of 1 king size bed with a sleep sofa or 2 queen size beds. All rooms include coffee makers, refrigerators, color TV, cable, telephone, balcony and sitting area.

In The Valley

Staying in the valley is an experience all unto itself! Enjoy scenic rolling hills, parks and pools, along with an easy drive to the Spa, Woodstone Meadows Golf Course®, VA BBQ & Pizza Co., or the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark.

Regal Vistas®
An exclusive resort experience, Regal Vistas is our newest condo area. True to their name, Regal Vistas offer expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while overlooking the resort area of Woodstone Meadows. This private, gated community is home to an outdoor pool, picnic area, and workout facility.

Woodstone Meadows®
These beautiful Valley condos are four-bedroom units sleeping 12 and can be locked out to two two-bedroom units.

Woodstone Casas®
The official name for these charming condos is Casa de Campo meaning Country House. These units are two-bedroom units sleeping 8 which can be locked out to two, one-bedroom units each sleeping 4.

From BBQ and salads, to burgers and pizza, to pub fare and to-go meals, we offer something for every taste, every season, and every occasion.

Base Camp Umbrella Bar
This indoor-outdoor bar and grill is the perfect location to relax with lunch or dinner at the base of the Massanutten ski slopes. Base Camp Umbrella Bar is available for group dining with seating for up to 175 guests.

Campfire Grill
This casual dining venue pays homage to the outdoors and the spirit of adventure, serving up campfire classics like camp stove chili, skillets, pouches, and s’mores. Campfire Grill is available for group dining with seating for up to 43 guests.

Virginia BBQ & Pizza Co.
If you are craving a taste of southern barbecue, look no further. From our very own custom built smoker, we offer mouthwatering wood-smoked chicken, pork, and ribs accompanied by delicious, traditional southern sides. We also offer fresh breakfast every morning.

Splash's Bar & Grill
Enjoy an experience featuring food from the East Coast to the Shenandoah Valley on a culinary adventure your taste buds will never forget. Dine on our selection of oysters and other fresh victuals provided by the sea. From raw bar to fresh fish, come join us for a unique experience at this restaurant located at the Massanutten WaterPark.

From boxed lunches to three-course dinners and buffets, our talented team of culinary professionals will prepare a delicious dining experience with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Whether your event is held at Massanutten Resort, area winery, or other special venue, let our skilled team bring our passion to your table.

Massanutten Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark® 
Get ready for non-stop thrills at the Massanutten Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, always heated to 84° Fahrenheit. Ten people or more required for group rates.

Golf
Hit the links at one of our two challenging, yet playable, 18-hole golf courses. Or, try FlingGolf, a new sport that combines golf and lacrosse, and has you whipping the ball down the fairway. Our professionally trained staff will help you to plan your next golf tournament, charity golf event, or group golf outing!

Mountain Biking
Perfect for beginners and experts alike, the Massanutten Mountain Bike Park features a lift-accessible, progressive gravity trail system. Our ride school of certified mountain bike instructors offers group lessons and guiding services. Additionally, with over 30 miles of single-track on property, the Western Slope is perfect for trail riding, trail running and hiking. The rental shop provides all the equipment and info needed for a good ride as well as shuttles and basic bike repairs.

Mega Zip Line
Our Mega-Zip offers 800 feet of heart-pumping plunge and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 30 miles per hour! Operating hours and days are weather dependent.

Winter Sports
Massanutten is home to wide groomed trails, a dedicated learner’s area, terrain parks and night skiing. Skiers and riders who visit Massanutten will have access to 14 runs serviced by 8 lifts. Twenty people or more required for group rates.

Snow Tubing
Snow Tubing is pure, fresh-air fun that nearly everyone can enjoy! Our tubing hill features up to 16 lanes that are 900’ in length and offer a drop of 120 vertical feet. Twenty people or more required for group rates.

Ice Skating
Located outside of Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, we have got a 4,250 square-foot ice surface that can be rented out for private groups. Operating hours and days are weather dependent.

Real Escapes VR & Escape Rooms
If you are looking for a new and exciting adventure to go on with your family or friends, look no further! Massanutten is now home to THREE completely immersive escape rooms plus Real Escapes' virtual reality!

NEW! Pharaoh’s Revenge Escape Room - In the hot sands of the Egyptian desert, work together to figure out the cause of a terrible sickness and help your team before it’s too late. In our Mayday Escape Room, work together and seal the doors before your vessel is claimed by the ocean, or search for a mysterious jewel in Zanzibar in our The Lost Jewel of Zanzibar Escape Room. Massanutten’s escape room concepts are sure to be an adventure like no other! Immerse yourself in another world at Real Escapes at multiple virtual reality stations and racing simulators.

Massanutten is excited to NOW offer group shuttle services! View more info and rates here.

The shuttle vehicle is a 14-seater passenger van. Shuttle must be booked and scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. Private shuttle service will not be available upon arrival unless it is scheduled. Location & prices are subject to change.
