Rental Information

  • Payment will be taken by credit card 10 days in advance of your check-in date. Cancellations made after the time of billing are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your check-in date minus the $50 processing fee. Changes and cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your check-in date may result in a charge to your credit card equal to the amount of the original reservation. 
  • Cancellations are only complete when you receive a cancellation confirmation code from a Resort Rental Service Reservationist.
  • We strongly suggest keeping this cancellation confirmation code with your records.
  • Cancellations must be made during Massanutten Rental Services hours - Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Payment will be taken via credit card at least 7 to 10 days prior to your check-in date. In addition, a credit card deposit will be required at check-in.
  • Check-in time is 5 p.m. - a refundable deposit will be required at check-in.
  • You may access the facilities prior to check-in by pre-registering with the Front Desk.
  • Check-out is promptly at 10 a.m. for all accommodations. There are no exceptions.
  • Resort Rental Services reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same size and occupancy as your reserved unit.
  • For the comfort of all guests, no loud or annoying activity is permitted in the accommodations.
  • Reservations and check-ins cannot be made by or for persons under 21 years of age.
  • No pets allowed. If a pet of any kind is found in your unit, a fine of at least $250 is imposed.
  • At least one nearby parking space will be available to each unit without charge.
  • When arriving for a Condo Special reservation, please remember to ask for your packet at check-in.
  • Medical Equipment Procedures:
    If you are planning to ship medical equipment (ex. oxygen, dialysis, etc.) to the resort, you must coordinate shipping with your medical equipment provider. Massanutten Resort cannot accept equipment deliveries prior to the date of your arrival. You must also make prior arrangements through your provider to pick up the equipment from your unit no later than 10am on the date of your check-out. The resort is not responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment or any damages incurred. Penalty fees may be applied to your account if the equipment is delivered prior to your check-in date or not picked-up by 10am of your check-out date.
