Sweet Chili Coleslaw

Dressing:

2 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp chopped garlic
Sliced chilies (fresh)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup olive oil

Select type and amount of chilies according to availability and desired amount of heat. Removing seeds from chilies will remove some heat from the recipe. Take care when handling chilies. Combine all ingredients.

Coleslaw:

1 medium head of cabbage
1 ½ cup dressing

To make coleslaw, either slice cabbage into 1/8-inch strips with a large knife or grate cabbage on the large side of a grater. Toss with dressing.
