Arcade Attendant

Position requires good customer service skills and prior cash handling experience. Knowledge of or experience with arcade games and operations is a plus and must be able to work a flexible schedule. Duties include redeeming Arcade merchandise, answering guest questions, and other duties as assigned by management. Schedule: Varies, including weekends and holidays. Hours: Vary, mostly evenings. Arts and Crafts Attendant

Position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to help guests of all ages in the creation of various craft projects. Must be friendly, outgoing, and flexible in accommodating the needs of resort guests. Duties include setting up for arts and crafts classes, tracking inventory of materials, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Prefer candidates who have experience with arts and crafts and are able to help guests of all abilities use craft tools. No special requirements or certifications needed. Schedule: Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday, holidays included. Hours: 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm; approximately 40 hours/week. Apply online or submit application at the resort. Child Services Attendant

Position requires outgoing personality and the ability to work with children ages 3 to 12 of all ability levels. Must have excellent customer service skills and be a team player. Hotel Housekeeping

Position requires self-motivated, hard working, detail-oriented individuals with good attendance and communication skills. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and have previous experience in a commercial housekeeping setting. Schedule: 5 days/wk., every 4th weekend off, includes holidays. Lifeguard

Position requires current lifeguard, first aid and CPR/AED certifications through the American Red Cross. Training classes are available for applicants interested in becoming certified. No previous experience required, but excellent customer service and communication skills are preferred. Schedule: Varies, flexible as long as availability includes weekends and holidays. Hours: Vary seasonally. Operations are 7am-10:30pm; 7 days/week during the summer months. Apply online or submit application at the resort. Recreation Desk Attendant

Position requires CPR certification (we will train) and excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be a reliable team player with basic computer skills and some cash handling experience. Will be asked to either lead/participate in recreational games or work the pool snack bar depending upon location. Duties include scheduling appointments for guests, providing resort information, and checking guest IDs. Will also be responsible for light cleaning and towel laundry in the recreation facility. Rental Services Reservationist

Position requires great customer service, general office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office. Must have computer skills and be able to use/learn timeshare software. Duties include answering emails and making reservations over the phone. Knowledge of the resort and/or experience making reservations is helpful, but not required. Schedule: Monday-Friday. Water Attendant

Position requires first aid and CPR/AED certifications; we will train. Looking for energetic people with great customer service skills who enjoy dealing with the public. Duties include assisting guests on indoor and outdoors WaterPark slides/rides, answering guest questions, and other duties as assigned by management.
