Thank you for making Massanutten Resort your vacation destination and look forward to seeing you soon. We understand that plans may change, and want to help you should you need to make changes to the Massanutten Owned Rental Lodging or ticket reservation that you have made.
Massanutten Owned Rental Lodging
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be made at least seven days prior to arrival to cancel without penalty. Cancellations within seven days of your scheduled arrival date will incur a $75 per room cancellation fee. Failure to show for your reservation on the scheduled day of check-in you will incur a charge of one night’s rental per room and forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Repeat cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional terms.
Reservation Modification Policy
Condo and hotel reservations are subject to a $25 change fee. No refunds are given for early departures or unused package items.

Cancellations and changes may be made during Massanutten Rental Services hours - Mon - Fri 9 am - 6 pm | Sat 9 am - 1 pm. Please call 540.289.4952 or email rentals@massresort.com.
Massanutten Activities & Attractions Tickets
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity date and time will incur a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the itinerary total, whichever is lower. No refunds will be given for no show tickets or cancellations/modifications after the designated start time.
How to Cancel Your Ticket Reservation
If you are currently trying to cancel an online ticket reservation, please complete an Online Ticket Cancellation Request Form using this link and our team will process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that this form should only be used to cancel existing tickets and cannot be used to add tickets or change tickets to a different date or time. To help ensure that you are able to book the tickets that your party needs, please purchase tickets online for an available date and time. Members of our team are also able to assist with rebooking as availability allows by calling 540.289.9441.

Cancellation and modifications can be made, as availability allows, without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity date and time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the itinerary total. No refunds will be given for no show tickets. Maximum weight 220 pounds, all riders will be weighed upon arrival. Those who exceed the weight limit or do not meet the height requirement upon arrival, ONLY that individual can receive a 50% refund; no refunds will be issued for additional group members who choose to stay back with the disqualified guest.
Snow Sports Lessons
Snow sports lessons booked after 2.9.23 may be cancelled or modified, as availability allows, up to 24 hours in advance of the lesson. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson time will only receive a 50% refund for cancelled lessons. No refunds will be given for requests made after the start of the lesson. Lessons booked prior to 2.9.23 will follow the Resort activity & attraction cancellation policy.
