Resort Face Mask Policy: All vaccinated guests will be allowed to enter resort buildings and enjoy resort services without masks. Guests who are non-vaccinated must continue to wear a mask indoors. Non-vaccinated guests must wear a mask outdoors when physical distancing cannot be maintained.

During the busy summer season, we are encouraging guests to book their resort amenities and activities online in advance. Some resort amenities and activities may sell out during our busy summer season.

Know Your Booking Window

  • 30 DAYS - Tickets will be made available on the Owner's Website for Massanutten Resort Owners for owners to purchase 30 days in advance of the activity date. Must be purchased by logging into your owner account on the owner’s portal. Attention Gold Card Owners: We recommend you take advantage of your discount when making purchases. A valid Gold Card ID will be required for each ticket purchased at time of redemption. Non-Gold Card owners and guests of Gold Card owners who may be accompanying you will still have priority ticket access, so please take advantage of this opportunity - those guests will need to purchase the general admission or other applicable tickets for their purchases.
  • 21 DAYS - Available to everyone on a first-come-first-served basis online and on the Resort App.

Advance tickets may only be redeemed by the guest listed on the confirmation. A photo ID will be required.

*Please be aware that tickets may sell out and may not be available during every time slot. 

For those that have other types of passes, such as Massanutten rewards or gifted tickets please follow the below process:
WaterPark: Email waterpark@massresort.com at minimum of 72 hours in advance with your name, type of pass you are redeeming for admission (ex: combo pass), number of passes, and date and date of visit. Our Guest Services team will respond with a confirmation of visit on the day and date requested or with additional options. Please bring your confirmation email with you in case it is needed.
Golf: Redeem at the Woodstone Meadows Golf Course. 
Gift Cards & Massanutten Rewards Program Passes: Please call us at 540.289.9441 and our staff at the Call Center will be happy to assist you in booking your ticket.

WaterPark Tickets

WaterPark Tickets

Save time and money by booking your WaterPark tickets in advance on the Resort App or online. Online tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance. WaterPark admission arm bands will be available to redeem at MerchanDice Surf Shop one hour before aquatic attractions open. The whole family/group must be present at the time of redemption.


Your safety is our priority. Know before you go.The following areas of the Indoor Park are unguarded:

  • Frog Pond
  • Blue Ridge Rapids (Adventure River)
  • Giant Tipping Bucket

Safety Tips:

  • Non-swimmers and children should be at an arm’s reach of their parent/guardian at all times.
  • Life jackets are available.

Dining

Dining

We are focused on providing a safe environment for our owners, guests, and employees. We are regularly cleaning high contact areas in our dining locations including sanitizing doors, phones, tables, chairs, work stations, and bathrooms. Our dining locations are offering takeout, curbside, and/or delivery in addition to dine.

 
Base Camp
  • We recommend guests use Yelp to check seating availability and make reservations before coming to dine at Base Camp. Reservations are not required but strongly recommended.
  • Takeout is available! Please order online here or call 540.437.3354.

 

Campfire Grill
  • We recommend guests use Yelp to check seating availability and make reservations before coming to dine at Campfire Grill. Reservations are not required but strongly recommended. Guest may also call 540.289.5794 for reservations.

Taking care of yourself during this time is of the utmost importance and the Spa at Massanutten is ready to help you do just that. However, due to limited capacity, it is important to plan a bit farther than you would have in the past. We do recommend calling the Spa at least two weeks in advance of your desired appointment date.

What to Expect:
Guests  
  • Must fill out service intake form prior to arrival via email/text (sent at booking).
  • Face masks are required. They must be worn before, during, and after service.

Staff
  • Physical distancing will be maintained throughout the spa.
  • All areas will be properly cleaned and disinfected.

  • Self-serve water, tea, and complimentary wine

Reserving Your Appointment

Please call 540.289.4040. A major credit card or cash payment is required to reserve appointments. Intake forms will be sent electronically at booking and must be completed prior to your service time.

 

Spa Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointments; however, if rescheduling is not an option for you, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Parties of 4 or more require a 72-hour notice. Cancellations may be subject to a fee of $50 for each service to cover the time reserved for you. If the cost of the service is less than $50, a $25 fee will be applied.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON TICKET CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation and modifications can be made, as availability allows, without penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the activity date and time will incur a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the itinerary total, whichever is lower. No refunds will be given for no show tickets or cancellations/modifications after the designated start time.

If you are currently trying to cancel an online ticket reservation, please complete an Online Ticket Cancellation Request Form using this link and our team will process your request as quickly as possible. Please note that this form should only be used to cancel existing tickets and cannot be used to add tickets or change tickets to a different date or time. To help ensure that you are able to book the tickets that your party needs, please purchase tickets online for an available date and time.

Without question, our first and biggest priority this season will be safety: safe mountain activities, safe queuing, and safe space throughout the mountain. Our second priority, and also a very important one, is providing a remarkable time for you and your family!

We know that many of our guests have gift cards, Massanutten Rewards program passes, and other pre-purchased or gifted tickets. The staff at our Call Center will be happy to assist you in booking your tickets.

We know this is a lot to take in and you must have many questions that we can answer. To help for a more smooth process of communication between us and our owners and guests, we will be introducing a few support tools soon that include:
