Gatherings & Crowds
The Commonwealth of Virginia will be requiring us to reduce the capacity to help slow the spread of Coronavirus. To limit capacity, we will provide tickets and services for purchase in advance online, when at all possible. This will require you to plan further in advance than in the past. Capacity limits will apply to lift tickets, lessons, rentals, snow tubing, ice skating, dining, the WaterPark, and most places where crowds could gather. While there are limits, we believe these reduced capacities will both enhance your experience and help limit the spread of the virus.
Online Ticket Availability Schedule*
This schedule applies to all of the activities listed in the tabs below.
- 30 Days - Tickets will be made available on the owner's website for owners to purchase 30 days in advance.
- 21 Days - Tickets will be made available online for RCI, Massanutten Resort-Owned Rentals, & TripForth rental guests. Rental guests should be on the lookout for an email providing access to purchase tickets. Please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folder in your email if you do not see the additional email come through from us.
- 10 Days - Available to all General Public, Non-Resort-Owned accommodations, and other rental properties on a first-come-first-served basis online and on the Resort App. The booking widget at the bottom of this page may be used to purchase general public tickets only.

Advance tickets may only be redeemed by the guest listed on the confirmation. A photo ID will be required.
*Please be aware that tickets may sell out and may not be available during every time slot.
For those that have other types of passes, such as Massanutten rewards or gifted tickets please follow the below process:
Ski/Snow Sports: Redeem at the ticket window with no reservation required.
WaterPark: Email waterpark@massresort.com at minimum of 72 hours in advance with your name, type of pass you are redeeming for admission (ex: combo pass), number of passes, and date and date of visit. Our Guest Services team will respond with a confirmation of visit on the day and date requested or with additional options. Please bring your confirmation email with you in case it is needed.
Golf: Redeem at the Woodstone Meadows Golf Course.
Gift Cards & Massanutten Rewards Program Passes: Please call us at 540.289.9441 and our staff at the Call Center will be happy to assist you in booking your tickets.
