Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day
October 1 & 2, 2022 | 10 am to 4 pm
We'll be hosting a weekend-long event for IMBA's "Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day"!
- Kids under 18 years of age receive a FREE Lift/Trail Use ticket with the purchase of an adult Lift/Trail Use ticket. Special valid on Day & 4-Hour Lift/Trail Use Tickets.
- Lessons: Free 30 minute youth lessons (max of 6 per lesson) in the skills area at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Sign-ups available in the Bike Shop. Register online here.
- Grom Bomb - Saturday at 4 pm. Sign up in the Bike Shop by 3 pm. Ages 6-9 will race on Peanut and Ages 10-12 will race on Pistachio. All entrants will receive a Bike Park ticket for next season. Register online here.

Massanutten Ski & Outdoor Gear Swap Sale | Oct 22
Proceeds to benefit the Massanutten Ski & Snowboard Race Team!
Saturday, October 22, 2022 | 8 am - 12 pm | At the Ski Lodge (Level 1)
Come check out our pre-owned skis, boards, boots, outdoor sports gear, clothing, and more. Our Repair Shop will be open to answer questions & help with fittings. (The Shop will not be accepting ski/board equipment for repairs on this day).
Do you have items to sell? Simply bring your equipment to the Ski Lodge (Level 1) and check it in. Drop off your items on Friday, October 21 from 5 - 7 pm or Saturday morning (10.22.22) starting at 8 am. Please print out and complete the 2022 Equipment Form here.
Each seller receives a FREE Scenic Chairlift Ride voucher! Valid for Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 10 am - 3 pm.
- No broken or damaged equipment.
- No straight skis or skis with obsolete binding systems.
- No step-in or click-in snowboard bindings or boots.
- No helmets (safety concerns).
- All clothing and equipment must be clean and in good shape.
Massanutten reserves the right to refuse any item. All equipment is sold as is.
If your item(s) sells, Massanutten Ski & Snowboard Team will take 20% commission and mail you a check. Unsold equipment must be picked up by 12 pm on Saturday, October 22. Items not picked up by 12:30 pm on Saturday will be considered abandoned.
About the Massanutten Ski & Snowboard Team
The Massanutten Ski and Snowboard Team (MSST) is made up of two teams: the Alpine Ski Team and the Freeride Team. Their mission is to work with junior snow sports athletes to promote multiple and varied training opportunities that will improve skills and promote respect and understanding of the safety factors inherent in the sport. Through training MSST encourage friendships, sportsmanship, and a greater enjoyment of skiing, riding, racing, and snow sports competition. Athletes from both disciplines compete in regional USSS and USASA events, with many advancing to postseason competition events held all over the United States.
