COVID-19 Policies

The Activities Department is committed to creating a program of remarkable events in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our Activities locations are regularly sanitizing doors, phones, tables, and materials before and after each event.

Additional precautions include the following:

  • Face masks must be worn indoors and outdoors in accordance with VA Executive Order 63 and Executive Order 72.
  • Event capacities will be reduced in order to accommodate new social distancing policies.
  • Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them and follow floor tape markings.
  • Counters and equipment will be sanitized at least once per hour.
  • Advanced sign up is required for all events.
  • Guests are encouraged to utilize one of the pre-payment method options when registering for class.
