COVID-19 Policies

The Activities Department is committed to creating a program of remarkable events in a safe and enjoyable environment. Our Activities locations are regularly sanitizing doors, phones, tables, and materials before and after each event. All outdoors offerings are weather dependent.

Additional precautions include the following:

  • Face Masks are required for all inside activities for both employees and guests as put forth by Governor Northam in Executive Order #63.
  • Event capacities will be reduced in order to accommodate new social distancing policies.
  • Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them and follow floor tape markings.
  • Counters and equipment will be sanitized at least once per hour.
  • Advanced sign up is required for all events.
  • Guests are encouraged to utilize one of the pre-payment method options when registering for class.
