What is an escape room?
An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players solve a series of puzzles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms.
Who is it for?
Families, Friends, adventure seekers, team building events, and just about any other occasion you could think of.
Are escape rooms good for teambuilding or groups?
Of course! We offer experiences and game play for individuals, family events, group events, as well as corporate team building and celebrations.
Is this scary?
No, it is just good old fashioned fun trying to solve a mystery.
How many players can fit in a room?
Below is how many people can fit in each of our escape rooms.
- Pharaoh’s Revenge - up to 8 people
- Mayday - up to 8 people
- Please feel free to give us a call if you have a larger group.
Are cell phones allowed in the room?
No, we ask that you keep them stored safely away while you are participating in the escape room. We want to keep the inside of the room a mystery, photos are not allowed inside the room.
How long does this take?
Games range in time between 45 and 60 minutes. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game for instructions.
Is there an age limit?
This is a tricky one. If you book all 6-8 available spots in a room there is no minimum age limit. If you book less than a full room we require all participants to be at least age 13 or above. Any participant under the age of 18 will be required to have a paying adult with them.
Is there a minimum number of players required?
Two or more people are ideal, the more the merrier!
We have a larger group than the capacity for each game. How can you accommodate us?
We can typically squeeze one or two more guests into a room if they are all from one group.
I am purchasing fewer tickets than maximum available for that room. Does that mean the remaining slots are filled by other guests?
Yep, but remember what we said before, the more the merrier. It's a great way to meet some new people!
What if my group and I want the whole room to ourselves?
Not a problem, just book all the spaces for the time slot you are interested in. Yes, this means it will cost you a bit more, but you will not be placed with other guests if you do that.
Is the room really going to be locked?
No, the room is not really locked, you are free to leave the room to use the rest room or if you are feeling claustrophobic at any time.
Can I cancel my booking?
As long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance you will receive a full refund, less than 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. No shows are charged at 100%.
What happens if we get stuck on a puzzle?
Don’t worry, we will provide you with a gamemaster whose sole purpose is to help you out!
