Bootsie the Bunny loves to hit the slopes. She hopped all the way to Massanutten to join the Mascot Academy; she is excited to teach her mountain friends how to ski!

Chances are, you’ll come across Bootsie during your afternoon of snowy fun on the slopes. Bootsie is a rare bunny in the sense where she is rarely ever cold. You’ll catch her wearing overalls year-round, relying on the warmth of her fluffy fur during the colder months to stay warm. As far back as she remembers, Bootsie has always loved the snow, especially when there are fun activities involved (specifically skiing). While most of her siblings prefer to live in the wild, Bootsie is an outlier. She doesn’t particularly enjoy carrots, but if she comes across a wildflower or a clover, she can’t resist the temptation. Bootsie’s role model is Thumper from Bambi because he’s very energetic, enjoys ice-skating and is a kind friend.
