Certified Massage Therapists

Massanutten is currently searching for a certified Massage Therapist who thrives on providing exceptional spa experiences while exceeding guest expectations. We are looking for a successful candidate who brings a positive personality to the workplace, has great customer service skills, and is willing to work a flexible schedule. In addition, he or she will not be afraid to promote retail and service products with confidence, be a strong team player, and can work independently or in a group setting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to attending and participating in meetings/training sessions, ensuring spa facility is clean, safe and well organized, setting up spa and work stations, assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy while replacing them between sessions, sterilizing equipment, accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms, consulting clients to identify appropriate massage services, providing massage services, maintaining records and filing documentation, and complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Massage Therapist requirements include holding a Virginia Massage Therapy License, proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, hot stone, trigger point, prenatal, sport and deep tissue massage. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, good people skills, is well-groomed with a professional appearance, and is dexterous and able to stand for extended periods.
Experience is preferred but training will be offered. Schedule varies including weekends and holidays. Hours vary including evenings.

Part-Time Nail Technicians
Join our team and let the resort bring you a steady stream of new clients! The position requires a current Virginia Nail Technician License. Duties include performing natural nail care manicures and pedicures, along with general, day-to-day salon responsibilities. Experience is preferred, but not required. Spa Receptionist
Position requires computer literacy, the ability to multi-task, and excellent customer service skills. Duties include greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional spa environment. Prefer someone with reception and retail experience.
