  • Find the Facebook post that features the product you would like to purchase.
  • Click on the link within that specific Facebook post.
  • Change the usage date of the product: Towards the top of your screen, you will see orange links titled ‘Dates’, ‘Filter’, and ‘My Itinerary’. Click on the orange "Dates" link and a default date will appear. Click on the default date(s) and a calendar will appear. Select the date(s) you would like to use your purchased product on and click Search. If you need to change the date after your purchase is complete, please call to change the date.
  • Click on the product you would like to purchase. Note: The promotion may only be valid on specific products, so be sure to read the Facebook post to see which products are included in the promotion.
  • Select the quantity of the item you would like to purchase.
  • Click Buy Now to add the items to your cart.
  • Your itinerary will display on the upper right side of your screen. (If your itinerary does not display, please click on the orange My Itinerary link located on the top right.)
  • For items with a promo code, you will have to enter the promo code listed in the Facebook post into the promo code box. Then click Apply Promo Code. The promo code will apply to your products and the pricing will update.
  • Click the Check Out Now button and follow the check-out steps to complete your purchase.

Massanutten is proud to offer a Charity Auction as a bonus event during this year's MASSive Deal Days. The online silent charity auction will begin November 29 at 5 pm and end on December 1 at 10 pm and is a great way to score great deals on all of your favorite Massanutten experiences and exclusive VIP packages while helping our local community. All proceeds from our silent online auction will benefit Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, Salvation Army of Harrisonburg, and Central VA Red Cross.

  • Learn more about the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank: With your support we provide healthy, nutritious food to more than 103,500 children, families and individuals every month. Every $1 you give can help us provide 4 meals. And since we expect to distribute more than 26 million pounds of food this year, we need your help!

  • Learn more about the Salvation Army of Harrisonburg: The Salvation Army is committed to serving people, changing one life at a time. They offer worship services, food pantry, youth programs, emergency assistance, emergency shelter, and seasonal assistance.

All bids can be placed directly online through 32Auctions and can be done by proxy, where 32Auctions bids on your behalf. Just enter the maximum amount you wish to pay for this item. As other people bid on this item, 32auctions will bid for you up to your maximum amount. Your maximum bid amount will remain confidential unless you are outbid. If any bids are made during the final 3 minutes of the auction, Extended Bidding will automatically extend the end time of an item by 3 minutes. On December 1, 2019 at 10 pm, winning bidder notifications will be sent to the highest online bidders. Winning bidders will then be able to submit payment online directly from their invoice page. Once the items are paid for and confirmed, Massanutten will reach out to the winning bidder via email with information on how to redeem their item(s).
