Navigation Tip: Massanutten is about 2 hours from Washington, D.C., 1.5 hours from Richmond, and 2.5 hours from Baltimore. For the most accurate GPS routing, search "Massanutten Resort" rather than "Massanutten, Virginia."




Check-in: Your reservation confirmation lists your check-in location.

  • North Lobby: Woodstone Building, 1822 Resort Drive. Open 24 hours.
  • South Lobby: 1816 Resort Drive. Open Friday through Sunday (seasonally), 4 – 9 pm. If you arrive after South Lobby hours, check in at the North Lobby.

Express check-out: Text "Check Out" to 888.984.4342, or drop your keys at the General Store, The Market at Massanutten Station, or the North Lobby or South Lobby drop boxes.
