Spring Guide

After ski season winds down, Massanutten shifts into the warmth of spring with open trails, Mountain Greens Golf Course reopening for the season, blooming mountain views, and fresh ways to get outside. Hit reset with a rejuvenating weekend of hiking, golfing, relaxed meals, Waterpark time, and much more in the Shenandoah Valley.

A little planning leaves more time for a fresh-air escape.
Ski season usually wraps up in late March or early April, depending on conditions. Check current snow conditions before planning late-season turns.

Mountain biking opening dates vary by season, so confirm availability before planning a riding trip.
The Outdoor Waterpark typically opens Memorial Day weekend, weather permitting.

Book popular activities in advance. Horseback riding, spa appointments, escape rooms, scenic chairlift rides, and Mountain Mayhem Coaster rides may require reservations or sell out.
Spring break weekends can be busy. Book lodging, Waterpark tickets, and popular activities early.

Western Slope trails are on private resort property. A Resort Recreation Pass, Gold Card, or Resort Employee ID is required for trail access.
