Important Rewards Update

We’re reaching out with an important update regarding the Massanutten Rewards Program. After careful consideration, we will be sunsetting the current Mountain Perks program at the end of 2026. While the program is winding down, you’ll still have plenty of time to enjoy the benefits you’ve earned.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can continue to earn points through December 31, 2026.
  • You may redeem your existing points through March 31, 2027.
  • Points not redeemed by March 31, 2027 will be forfeited.
  • Point redemptions for lodging stays must have a check-in date by March 31, 2027.
  • All points in your account will remain available for use through the redemption deadline.

We’re also excited to share that we’re developing a new and improved loyalty program designed to deliver even more value, flexibility, and rewards for our guests. Stay tuned - more details will be coming later this year.
