A pale yellow robe with bright glints. Delicate aromas of fruit and white flowers, with nuances of toasted bread and dried fruit. An elegant and fresh wine with a good support of acidity. A fine bouquet with hints of apple and citrus fruit carry through to the palate and there is balanced but mouth-tingling acidity which enhances the lingering finish.

Maschio Brut Prosecco - $9

It is Casillero del Diablo’s most famous variety, and Decanter magazine called it’s 2005 vintage the best of the planet. It features intense aromas of cherries and plum with a touch of vanilla and toast. Red Blends
19 Crimes Cali Red Blend - Glass $9 | Bottle $35
Full and dense, with strong black & blue fruit notes up front from the Petite Sirah, complemented by bright red, slightly candied fruit in the background from the Zinfandel. The darkly toasted oak ties it all together along with a slightly sweet finish.

CrossKeys Tavern Port | VA - $70
Richly sweet but not cloying—this is not a wine reserved for after dinner cheese courses though it would pair nicely with a classic Stilton. Aged two years in oak which transforms the alcohol into a warm and inviting finish. This wine is sturdy enough to evolve the complexity after being open for up to one week; look for the floral notes to transform into berry cobbler.
