Band Line Up

2024 Band Line Up

The "Original" Moonlighters

The "Original" Moonlighters | 8:30 - 10 pm
Since 1990, The Moonlighters have been performing throughout the United States as one of the country’s best-loved and most authentic Motown and variety dance bands. Just close your eyes and you’ll swear the original artists are performing. But don’t close them for too long or you won’t be able to enjoy their outstanding dance moves and showmanship.

Ryne Brashear

Ryne Brashear | 7 - 8 pm
The tradition of country music, the soulfulness of gospel and the grit and speed of rock 'n' roll have helped mold the artist you see today! Ryne was raised on a 200 acre cattle farm in Upton, KY. to the beat of country music. His first influences were his parents, who had a broad musical background from church to the local dive establishments in their rural community. This is the inspiration to the hit song "Small Town" on his new album due this spring.

Ryne began cutting his teeth on country music by listening to country artists like Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton along with legends such as Charlie Daniels. As Ryne's musical interests progressed, his influences started to evolve into the traditional tunes of Alan Jackson, the sassy soulfulness of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the grit and energy of Metallica. These eclectic musical genres have laced his chords and sounds that have secured his musical style and given new meaning to country rock. Ryne has had the privilege to open for Wynona Judd and share the stage with Travis Tritt, Kid Rock and Scotty McCreary. Ryne is currently working on his second studio album and new music videos for YouTube and CMT.

Judy Chops

The Judy Chops | 5:30 - 6:30 pm
The Judy Chops formed in 2008 in the Shenandoah Valley, and quickly became a staple of the Virginia music scene. What began as a 4 piece acoustic act, has evolved into a dynamic musical collective that has been winning over audiences of all shapes and sizes due to the group’s high energy live shows, and deft musicianship. The Judy Chops have been a perennial favorite at Red Wing Roots Music Festival after being named 'Best Local Roots Band' at the inaugural Red Wing back in 2013. The group would go on to win Rockn' to LOCKN' in 2018, culminating in a huge set at LOCKN' Music Festival following Keller Williams' Grateful Gospel. The Judy Chops have been honing their craft on festival stages including FloydFest, Rooster Walk, Bristol Rhythm & Roots, Front Porch Fest, and select venues including support slots with Lake Street Dive, Donna The Buffalo, Squirrel Nut Zippers, and Southern Culture on the Skids, California Honeydrops, and more. With 5 albums under their belt, and a new release on the horizon, this band shows no signs of slowing down.

Starting Early

Starting Early | 4 - 5 pm
Starting Early is a indie rock trio that moonlight as a rock cover band. They play everything from classic rock to 90-2000s music and bring hip music and tasteful revelry to the DMV music scene. Starting Early is brothers Rory and Declan O'Donnell (vocals, guitars, and bass) with Paul Mosimann (drums). Filed under the nebulous genre of indie-rock, Starting Early has a sound that is unpretentiously fresh. Having cut their teeth by singing Beatle harmonies and instrumentally recreating the sounds of Cream and Led Zeppelin, the band injects a vintage vibe into their exciting and plucky songwriting. Starting Early released the album Hello in the fall of 2023.
