Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your spa appointment, we require an 8-hour notice. A fee of $50 will be charged for each service to cover the time reserved for you. If the cost of the service is less than $50, a $25 fee will be applied. Parties of four or more require a 72-hour notice. This policy also applies to guests who do not show for their scheduled appointments.

Spa Services may be paid for using cash, check, major credit cards or resort gift cards. Gift cards may be purchased over the phone by calling the Spa at 540.289.4040.
