COVID-19 Policies

The well-being of our guests, employees, and community continues to be our number one priority. While we recognize that restrictions are loosening, due to the nature of working with guests and employees in close proximity for an extended period, the following guidelines are still in place at the Spa at Massanutten:

  • Guests must fill out service intake form prior to arrival via email (sent at booking).
  • Face Mask Policy:Guests & employees that are not vaccinated must continue to wear masks while indoors or when 6' if physical distancing cannot be maintained. With regional increases in COVID-19 and breakthrough cases, consider wear your mask, even if you are vaccinated.
  • All areas will be properly cleaned and disinfected.

Health Assessment

Health Assessment

If you are coming to The Spa at Massanutten, first perform this health self-assessment; for your own health and for the safety and health of our team and other guests.

Do I have any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever (100.4 degrees or higher) or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please contact The Spa at 540.289.4040 to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Do not come in for your scheduled appointment. (If the symptom is non-communicable and is due to an underlying non-communicable health condition that you know you have, please consult with The Spa to determine if your scheduled Spa services should be changed or cancelled/rescheduled.)

How to Book

To receive the appointment time most convenient for you, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. To reserve your appointment, please call 540.289.4040. A major credit card or cash payment is required to reserve appointments. Intake forms will be sent electronically at booking and must be completed prior to your service time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel, we will be happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointments; however, if rescheduling is not an option for you, an 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Parties of 4 or more require a 72-hour notice. Cancellations may be subject to a fee of $50 for each service to cover the time reserved for you. If the cost of the service is less than $50, a $25 fee will be applied.

Spa Services may be paid for using cash, check, major credit cards or resort gift cards. Gift cards may be purchased over the phone by calling the Spa at 540.289.4040.
