Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior up until 5pm of the day of your scheduled arrival date you will incur a $75 per room cancellation fee.
If you do not show for your reservation on the scheduled day of check-in you will incur a charge of one night’s rental per room and forfeit the remainder of your reservation. Repeat cancellations or no-shows are subject to additional terms.
Condo and hotel reservations are subject to a $25 change fee. No refunds are given for early departures or unused package items.
Cancellations and changes must be made during Massanutten Rental Services hours - Mon - Fri 9 am - 6 pm | Sat 9 am - 1 pm. Please call 540.289.4952 or email rentals@massresort.com.
