The new Massanutten Resort Shuttle is easy to use: To purchase online, simply download of the TripShot App from the Apple Store & Google Play, choose your ride option, and complete your purchase.

Tickets may be purchased online, on the shuttle, or at The Market, General Store, WaterPark, or Perfect Break.
In Advance Online
Select your arrival date or ride date and buy Single Ride and Unlimited passes in advance online.

Any pass purchased online must be redeemed at the Concierge Desk, Woodstone Recreation, Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, Massanutten Family Adventure Park, Massanutten WaterPark, or Perfect Break. The bus driver will stamp the tickets with the date to validate the pass and it will remain valid for the length of the pass option purchased.
In Advance at Massanutten Locations
Purchase Single Ride and Unlimited passes at any Massanutten retail location, the Concierge Desk, Woodstone Recreation, Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, Massanutten Family Adventure Park, Massanutten WaterPark, or Perfect Break.
On the Shuttle
Single Ride and Unlimited passes may be purchased from the shuttle driver at the time of pickup using credit card only.
Bus drivers will collect single ride passes to recycle, we encourage all guests to recycle the unlimited pass or turn it into a bus driver to recycle at the end of their use.
