The Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains are known for their phenomenal bike offerings that Massanutten's lift-served Bike Park will allow you to experience - without the climb! Massanutten's Mountain Bike Park offers an exciting experience for veteran riders while also featuring a beginner-friendly introduction to downhill mountain biking.

Massanutten's Park features a lower lift that will provide access to Beginner and Intermediate trails for newcomers while also offering advanced jump and singletrack trails accessible from an upper lift that are sure to thrill any enthusiast. Whether you are an aspiring rider or a downhill nut, Massanutten's Bike Park is the place for you!

We are proud to announce the Massanutten Bike Park has been accepted into the Virginia Treasures Program! View the certificate of recognition here. The initiative recognizes public recreational lands in the commonwealth.

Pathway Package | $80
Our 3-hour Pathway Package is a perfect first time experience. This program includes Trail-Use, Rental, and a 75 minute lesson from our ride school. Pathway riders are limited to the lower Beginner and Intermediate trails which are ideal for honing bike skills.

*Bike Rental includes a full face helmet, knee/shin pads, and elbow pads.
*Renter is responsible for all damage done to bike while it is in their possession unless insurance is purchased at the time of the rental.

Minimum Equipment Requirements

  • Bike designed for mountain biking. No hybrids, bmx, or road bikes
  • 24" wheel or bigger
  • Front suspension fork
  • Front and rear disc brakes
  • No tires wider than 3.5"

Minimum Gear Requirements

  • Helmet
  • Sturdy, closed toed shoes

Recommended Equipment

  • 5" or more travel full suspension mountain bike
  • Hydraulic disc brakes

Recommended Gear

  • Full face helmet
  • Elbow and knee pads
  • Gloves

Massanutten’s 2016 Bike Park pass is on sale now for only $159! The Bike Park will be open 3 days a week until October 30. Please call 540.289.4954 for season pass inquiries.

Bryce passholders will receive four free day passes to the Massanutten Bike Park.
Massanutten passholders will receive the same offer at Bryce Bike Park.
