COVID-19 Policies

The well-being of our guests, employees, and community continues to be our number one priority.


  • Must call in advance to book an appointment. No walk-ins will be accepted.
  • Must fill out service intake form prior to arrival via email/text (sent at booking).
  • Arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment time and call 540.289.4040 or ring doorbell at front door. A staff member will greet you.
  • Guests are required to perform a health assessment prior to arriving at the Spa. Click here or see the health assessment tab above for details.
  • No guests with a temperature higher than 100.4° will be permitted to participate in a service or allowed entry into the building.
  • Face masks are required. They must be worn before, during, and after service.


  • Physical distancing will be maintained throughout the spa.
  • Face masks will be worn by all front desk employees and practitioners.
  • All areas will be properly cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidelines.
