COVID-19 Policies
The well-being of our guests, employees, and community continues to be our number one priority. While we recognize that restrictions are loosening, due to the nature of working with guests and employees in close proximity for an extended period, the following guidelines are still in place at the Spa at Massanutten:
- Guests must fill out service intake form prior to arrival via email (sent at booking).
- Face Mask Policy: At this time, face coverings are optional for both employees and guests regardless of vaccination status.*
- All areas will be properly cleaned and disinfected.
