Located near the Ski Area, Base Camp, the Family Adventure Park, Campfire Grill, and Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club. Our hotels can accommodate up to 4 people per room. You will have the option of either one king bed and one sleeper sofa, or two queen beds.

Yes, accessible condos are available and should be requested in advance to ensure availability by calling Reservations at 540.289.4904 option 2.

Check-in time is generally after 5 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. For specific check-in/out information, click here.
Many condos include full kitchens, but some efficiency condos may offer partial kitchens. Check condo details during booking.
Housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure. Daily cleaning service is not standard but may be available for an additional fee.
Yes, many condos have multiple bedrooms and large living spaces. For larger spaces, please see our adjoining condos or group lodging offerings.
Most condos include in-condo washers and dryers. For condos without them, laundry facilities are available on-site. Laundry is also available in the lower level of Hotel 3.
No, all Massanutten lodging is non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Massanutten offers a variety of lodging options including one- to four-bedroom condos, hotel-style rooms, and townhouse-style villas. Many feature full kitchens, private decks, and in-condo laundry.
Free WiFi is available, simple search for Massanutten Condo WiFi in your list of available networks. No password needed. Should you experience connectivity issues, please call maintenance at 540.289.4943 or Resort ext 5304.
Check-out is promptly at 10 am. Please do the following before checking out:
Express check-out is now available if you do not wish to do so at the Front Desk, or if you would like to check-out early. Just before you close the door, please text “Check Out” to 888.984.4342. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation text message stating your reservation is complete. Please place your keys on the counter.
Guests may also drop your keys at the express check-out boxes located at the General Store, The Market at Massanutten Station, in the North Lobby, or the South Lobby.
Guests staying at Regal Vistas must return your keys to the drop box and leave the garage door remote in the garage on the hook.

Eagle Trace®
These charming condos are town-house style. They feature two-bedrooms, sleeping 12, or can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos, which each sleep 6. (Sleeps 4 privately.)
The Summit®
Summit condos are Gold Crown, four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 which can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Summits were built in the townhouse style and offer scenic mountain views. Some of these condos are very close to the ski slopes!
Massanutten Resort Hotels
Our newly renovated hotel rooms sleep up to 4 occupants and offer a choice of 1 king size bed with a sleep sofa or 2 queen size beds. All rooms include coffee makers, refrigerators, color TV, cable, telephone, balcony and sitting area.

These beautiful Valley condos are four-bedroom condos sleeping 12 and can be locked out to two two-bedroom condos. Woodstone Meadows® was built in the townhouse style.
Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo®
The official name for these charming condos is Woodstone Meadows Casa de Campo® meaning Country House. These condos are two-bedroom condos sleeping 8 which can be locked out to two, one-bedroom condos each sleeping 4.
Regal Vista®
An exclusive resort experience, Regal Vista® is our newest condo area. True to their name, Regal Vista® offer expansive views of the Blue Ridge Mountains while overlooking the resort area of Woodstone Meadows®. This private, gated community is home to an outdoor pool, picnic area, and workout facility.
