Treat your family to a wonderful four season destination! Unique in both its size, variety of amenities, and outstanding condo and hotel accommodations, Massanutten has secured its spot as one of the premier all-seasons resort destinations on the East Coast.

We offer rental options for a quick two-night getaway or a week-long vacation. Accommodations are located in our mountain resort area or in the lower valley of Woodstone Meadows.

Condos range from 1-4 bedrooms with full or partial kitchens (both include full size refrigerators), whirlpool tubs, fireplaces, and decks. 

Hotels offer the option of a king room with a pullout sofa or two queen beds. All hotel rooms include coffee makers, mini-refrigerators, a flat screen TV, balcony, and sitting area.

Condo Information

  • Price depends upon accommodation and season.
  • Condo rooms sleep up to 12 occupants and offer a choice of bed sizes.
  • All rooms include color TV, cable, telephone, balcony, and sitting area.
  • Some accommodations have a full kitchen.

  • All rentals require a two night minimum stay.
  • Massanutten Resort offers free Wi-Fi internet access in most units, hotels, and common areas! Public Wi-Fi internet access is also available at the Business Center at Massanutten Station.
  • You may access the facilities prior to check-in by pre-registering with the Front Desk.
  • All rental accommodations are subject to a daily Resort Use Fee.
  • Resort Smoking Policy - All of our accommodations are smoke free. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will be charged to those who violate this policy. Smoking is allowed on the patio. You must close patio door when smoking outside. Please properly dispose of your cigarettes and cigars.
  • Resort Pet Policy: No dog, cat or other pet shall be allowed in the unit. A nonrefundable charge of up to $250 per day may be assessed by the Association to clean, repair, treat (for fleas or other pests), and restore a Unit and common areas if a pet is identified in the unit or in the Resort.  
  • Service Animals: Service Animals are always welcome at Massanutten Resort. They must be under control and on a leash/harness at all times. Service Animals may be attended to by companions, but employees of the Resort are not permitted to care for Service Animals. We appreciate advance notice for service animals staying on resort property. Please contact us at 540.289.4908 ext. 2.
  • Pets & Emotional Support Animals: Massanutten Resort has a no-pet policy throughout the Resort and the Projects. Fines of up to $500 may be incurred for violating the no-pet policy. In addition, charges may be assessed for cleaning or damage. Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support or comfort do not qualify as Service Animals under the ADA and are not permitted. Questions regarding service animals, pets and boarding options may be directed to 540.289.4908 ext. 2.

Reservations

  • Call our Reservationist at 540.289.4952, Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 7:30 pm | Saturday 9 am to 1 pm or email rentals@massresort.com anytime. We strive to return all messages within 24 hours.
  • Reservations and check-ins cannot be made by or for persons under 21 years of age. Only persons listed on the reservation may check in to the condo.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival or do not show for your scheduled check-in, you will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations must be made during Massanutten Rental Services hours - Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm | Saturday 9 am - 1 pm. Please call 540.289.4952.
  • Condo and hotel reservations are subject to a $25 change fee.

  • The South Lobby is open Fri, Sat & Sun 4 pm - 9 pm. | Located in the Woodstone Building at 1816 Resort Drive, McGaheysville, VA 22840.

 

Check-Out

  • Check-out is promptly at 10 am. Please vacate your unit before 10 am to avoid a late fee.
  • Express check-out is now available if you do not wish to do so at the Front Desk, or if you would like to check-out early. Just before you close the door, please text “Check Out” to 95577. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation text message stating your reservation is complete. Please place your keys on the counter. 
  • Guests may also fill out their express check-out envelope and drop it in the check-out box at the General Store, The Market at Massanutten Station, in the North Lobby, or the South Lobby. 
  • Guests staying in Regal Vistas must return keys and garage door opener to the drop box at the Regal Vistas gate. Garage door opener cannot be left inside the unit.

Should you need more provisions during your vacation, the above items are for sale at The Market at Massanutten Station or General Store. The Resort can also provide Pack & Play cribs and highchairs subject to fees and availability.

Please Note: Some units have washers and dryers. For units without washers and dryers, there are complimentary laundry facilities throughout the Resort.
